     We are the Black family from Little Valley, Utah. We run a cow/calf operation in Little Valley, Summit area. Our family has been involved in agriculture in Southern Utah since 1856. We raise and sell high-quality beef. We love the agriculture lifestyle and hope you enjoy learning about our operation and family!

     We have been AI'ing to the top bulls in the nation that will give us the best yield in the production of our meat. At Bar & WC Cattle, performance is essential to our program because we realized it is vital to have the best products for our customers! We will continue to spend our time, energy, research on new healthy animals and products, and money to provide the best products our customer's health and well being. 

     We specialize in grass range management and are continually working to improve herd genetics for better grazing efficiency and beef tenderness qualities.  We take this responsibility serious and stand confidently behind our cow/calf operation and our products. We are proud to own this working family cattle ranch and company!

      We have always felt like we raised a superior calf, but that calf sold at auction for the same price that everyone else received. From the time it was sold at auction to the time it reached the consumer’s plate, buyers and customers did not know the calf's history, or how it was treated. In recent years, with the industrialization of beef and the distrust created by inhumane animal treatment and food borne illnesses, our decision was made to start directly providing consumers with safe, high quality, local natural beef. Now, the Bar & WC Cattle Ranch controls how the cattle are treated from beginning to end.
