We take this responsibility serious and stand confidently behind our cow/calf operation and our products. We are proud to own this working family cattle ranch and company!
We have always felt like we raised a superior calf, but that calf sold at auction for the same price that everyone else received. From the time it was sold at auction to the time it reached the consumer’s plate, buyers and customers did not know the calf's history, or how it was treated. In recent years, with the industrialization of beef and the distrust created by inhumane animal treatment and food borne illnesses, our decision was made to start directly providing consumers with safe, high quality, local natural beef. Now, the Bar & WC Cattle Ranch controls how the cattle are treated from beginning to end.
